The Quiet Rich
Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 September 2026
Short version: buy the book, read the book, use it for yourself. Don’t pass it around. If it isn’t for you, ask for your money back within 14 days and you get every cent.
1. Who you are buying from
“The Quiet Rich” publishes the books written under the pen name Vivi Sterling. Your contract is with the individual trading as The Quiet Rich, whose details are below.
- Trader
- The Quiet Rich (sole trader, Israel). “Vivi Sterling” is a pen name, not the trader’s legal name.
- Email — refunds, questions, complaints
- auntieviv1952@gmail.com
- Web form
- Contact page
- Reply time
- We aim to reply within 2 business days, and always within 14 days.
2. What you’re buying
Digital books, delivered as PDF files by instant download after purchase. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.
Current title: The Owner’s Mind — $29.99, one time. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no upsell. That is the whole price and it is the price you are charged at checkout. The Quiet Rich field guide is free.
3. How you may use it
When you buy a book we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it for your own, non-commercial use. Please don’t resell, redistribute, share, upload, or reproduce it. We keep all copyright and intellectual-property rights in the books.
4. Payment
Checkout, payment, and digital delivery are handled by Whop, our checkout provider. Whop processes your payment with PCI-compliant security; we never see or store your card details. We license you the content. See Whop’s terms.
The price shown is the total you pay. If any sales tax or VAT applies to your purchase it is shown to you at checkout before you pay, and the amount you confirm at checkout is the amount charged.
5. Refunds — our 14-day guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every paid purchase. If the book isn’t for you, write to auntieviv1952@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and you get a full refund.
- No reason needed. You do not have to explain, justify, or fill in a form. Saying you want a refund is enough.
- No fee. We do not deduct anything. You get back what you paid.
- How it reaches you. Refunds are processed back through Whop to the payment method you used, normally within 14 days of us receiving your request.
- Keep what you learned. When we refund a book the licence ends and you should delete your copy, but we are not going to chase you about it.
This guarantee is something we offer voluntarily. It sits on top of your legal rights and takes nothing away from them — see section 6.
6. EU and UK consumers — your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase and get your money back, without giving any reason.
For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be lost early — but only if you were asked for, and gave, your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you were giving up the right. We do not ask you to give that up. Your 14-day withdrawal right stands, alongside our guarantee in section 5, and both are exercised the same way: write to us.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. If anything here conflicts with that law, that law wins.
7. Education, not advice
The books are for general financial education and information only. They are not personalised financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Everyone’s circumstances differ; consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions. Results are not guaranteed, and you act on the content at your own discretion.
8. About Vivi Sterling
“Vivi Sterling” is a literary persona — a pen name under which the books are written for clarity and character. The portrait used on this site is an illustration of that persona, not a photograph of a real person. The ideas are real and grounded; the name and the face are a storytelling device.
9. Reviews
Any review shown on this site is one a real reader actually sent us, published with their permission, in their words. We do not write reviews, we do not commission them, and we do not offer anything in exchange for one. We do not delete a review for being negative. If a review is ever marked as a verified purchase, it means we checked it against a real order.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for anything connected with the books or this site is limited to the amount you paid for them, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Israel, and the courts of Israel have jurisdiction. This does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of the country where you live: if you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you keep those rights and you may bring proceedings in your own country.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one posted here, dated above, and applies to purchases made after it is posted.
